No. It’s a fictional web game. Opening a link updates stats and sets a cookie. That’s it.

What happens when I open an infection link?

You become infected in the game. The person who shared it gets cured and earns a spread.

What’s the “status link”?

A safe proof page you can share without infecting anyone. Great for social posts.

I cleared cookies / changed devices. Did I lose my profile?

Use your private restore link (found on Profile) to claim your stats again. Keep it private.

Why does a preview card sometimes not show up?

Some platforms cache link previews. Try posting again, wait a bit, or share your Status link.

Can I get banned?

Yes. Spam, harassment, impersonation, or abuse gets blocked. Keep it fun.
